You should be a confident cyclist with good base levels of fitness. You should be able to average over 24kmph for a 100km ride, and be capable of completing large climbs. Cycling may not be your main sport, but you should be an active individual able to complete the training plans provided.

Ride leaders will navigate for the group as well as being on hand to encourage you up the hills and assist with roadside mechanical problems.
Our ride leaders have a wealth of experience, a good sense of humour and are first-aid trained.
Our support vehicle will carry your overnight luggage and day bags. The vehicle will follow and leapfrog the group, staying close to offer sun cream or waterproofs, as well as being there to assist with mechanical or medical issues.
Should it be absolutely necessary, the van can be used to pick up participants in cases of fatigue or other circumstances.
Our team love nothing more than helping fellow cyclists achieve their potential. They'll be there when you falter, to give you a helping hand, some encouraging words, or even a stern talking to. Their support will see you through so that, at the end of your challenge, you'll be able to stand there and say
