This challenge is difficulty ranked: 3 out of 5.
These challenges are longer and higher and usually over 10 hours for single day events. For multi day treks, daily durations will be lower. 3* challenges & above are suited to those with some previous history of upland walking or a decent amount of lowland miles behind them. Escape routes are available but may take a bit longer to utilise.
You will need good endurance for these events. You must have been out regularly on long countryside walks for 4-5 hours to include several hundred metres of ascent across 10-14 miles. You should be keen on regular exercise, possibly with some running. Your running speed can be fairly steady at a minimum of 4 miles. If you do not run, you should be doing regular gym time or other exercise for 1.5 hr sessions at a moderate to high level. e.g. spinning, circuits, swimming etc.
